About Washbasin Wonders LLC
Washbasin Wonders is a family owed business that was started as a hobby in January of 2004. I had been making soap for a number of years and one day decided to share it with others. When we started out, we produced and sold cold process soaps and bath & body products to the public.
We later thought we would branch out a little and add a few soapmaking supplies to sell along side the soaps. Much to our surprise, we are one of few soapmaking suppliers in Michigan especially Northern Michigan. Needless to say the supplies section really took off. Soon business was really booming and I was concerned I would not be able to keep up with the demand from both lines. Unwilling to sacrifice customer service, and more importantly, answering your important soapmaking questions. After spending the next few week contemplating, the decision was made to sell supplies.
Luckily, we had learned along the way that it was just as much fun helping others make soap than it was to make it. Don't get me wrong, like many of you, I still have a closet full of soap! I love making soap and I love helping others make soap.
We vow to exceed our already exceptional customer service and continue to provide great quality soapmaking ingredients at reasonable prices.
