Saponification Table
You can make your own soap recipes by using the formulas below with the Oil Saponification Table Values. The values are used to calculate the amount of lye it will take to saponify (turn oils into soap) the oils and fats in soap making.
**REMEMBER LYE IS CAUSTIC AND WILL CAUSE BURNS IF SKIN COMES INTO CONTACT WITH LYE. Please take the proper precautions to avoid contact with lye.
FORMULA FOR USE: Oil/Fat in ounces X Saponification Value = Amount of Lye Needed to make soap.
For multiple oils calculate separately and add lye totals together. Example- I have 25oz of coconut oil I want to use in my recipe. 25oz X 0.190 (sap value for coconut oil)= 4.75 oz of lye. It will take 4.75oz of lye to saponify the oil.
TO CALUCULATE WATER: 6oz water per 16oz oil/fat. Example- 56oz total oil/fats 16 = 3.5, 3.5 X 6oz = 21oz Water

Table is accurate to my knowledge. Information has been gathered from numerous resources.
Remember, Lye is CAUSTIC and can cause burns when it comes into contact with skin. Please take proper precautions to protect yourself.
