Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped Monday through Friday within 48hrs of the order being received via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on customer request and/or size of package.
Orders shipped UPS or FedEx will be shipped by ground or as selected by the customer. If you need an item to be shipped sooner please contact us and we will see what we can do.
I will ship all items from a single order together unless an item needs to be back ordered. If an item is placed on backorder I will then email you and ask for your preference. Shipping charges listed in shopping cart are for orders to the US/Canada only. Orders going to an APO and FPO can only be shipped via USPS. Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped USPS to avoid heavy brokerage fees.
Current UPS ground delivery takes about 4 days, in most cases, to reach their destination.
Returns Policy:
No exchanges, refunds, or returns due to sanitary reasons on any bath and body product, handcrafted soap or soapmaking supplies (oils,botanicals,herbs,additives, etc). If you are unsure about any item, please inquire about products before purchase.
We do accept returns on all items included in Molds. We will replace, exchange, or refund all or part of the price at our discretion.
If any thing is damaged in shipment please contact us and I will do what I can to resolve the situation.
